Client Overview

Foster Marketing collaborated with client ENTRUST Solutions Group to deliver a strategic social media campaign centered around several DE&I holidays. With these videos, ENTRUST’s goal was to engage their audience on social media by showcasing their company’s softer side — their people.

Solution

ENTRUST published on social for Earth Day, Admin Day, Mother’s Day, Pride Month, Father’s Day and Women in Engineering Day with interview footage of their own people that we directed, shot and produced, bringing both personal and professional aspects to each holiday.

Additionally, these videos were an opportunity for ENTRUST to demonstrate the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) as company-wide core values. These videos were a major social campaign for the first half of the year (Q1 & Q2). The expected measurable result included increased holiday post engagement from year-over-year on their own posts as well as a competitive engagement rate with their competitors in the current year.

Result

Compared to DE&I holiday posts that were not videos, the video results doubled or were nearly double across the board. This included Total views of the video, as well as Post performance: Impressions, Engagements, Engagement rate, Clicks, Click-through rate, Reactions/Comments and Reposts.
