Anna Scordos-Brooke / Vice President of Public Relations (UK)

With a wealth of industry experience gained as an editor with various global oil and gas industry publications, Anna Scordos has supported Foster Marketing in its initiatives outside of the United States for more than 10 years.
As Vice President of Public Relations, Anna draws on her years of oil and gas industry knowledge to devise comprehensive public relations strategies, develop integrated thought leadership plans and implement various initiatives globally. She also works closely with clients and the media to write and distribute in-depth technical and executive leadership articles.
Anna serves as both an overseas representative and VP of public relations on behalf of Foster Marketing. Based in the United Kingdom, Anna provides an interface with global clients and supports business development efforts in Europe and beyond. She also draws on more than 18 years of oil and gas industry knowledge to direct clients’ public relations efforts.
Anna began her career in energy industry publishing and has served as editor of Oilfield Technology and LNG Industry magazines and website editor for EnergyGlobal.com and WorldCement.com. In these roles, she was responsible for launching and leading the global growth of these successful products, as well as managing all editorial aspects of magazine and online publishing. Before joining Foster Marketing in 2013, she served as editor of global publications including Oilfield Technology, LNG Industry and World Coal.
Anna is an international trade show veteran and is an active participant and networker at major oil and gas events such as OTC, SPE/ATCE, Gastech, ONS and many more around the globe. Drawing on her skills as an editor, she specializes in technical feature and news release writing and media relations.
Anna graduated from the University of Warwick, UK, in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and American literature. She holds a CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing.
When not traveling for business purposes, Anna loves to explore the world for pleasure. She enjoys epic U.S. road trips, experiencing different cultures and taking lots of photographs along the way.
