Digital Strategist

As a Digital Strategist at Foster Marketing, Katlyn “Katey” Decou combines creativity with strategic thinking to help develop digital marketing solutions that connect clients with their audiences. Drawing on experience across digital marketing, creative, design and strategy, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her work and enjoys finding creative approaches to marketing challenges.

Born and raised in Lafayette, La., Katey earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2012. Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of industries, including food and beverage manufacturing, tourism and hospitality, automotive and agency marketing. Her diverse experience has given her the opportunity to develop and execute marketing initiatives for a wide range of audiences, brands and business objectives.

Katey is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie leadership course, where she further developed her skills in leadership, communication and collaboration. She is passionate about the intersection of creativity and strategy and enjoys finding ways to turn ideas and insights into meaningful marketing initiatives.

Outside of work, Katey enjoys art, traveling to new destinations and spending time with family and friends.
