Foster Marketing Names Brown Trade Show Coordinator; Domas Public Relations Associate

HOUSTON (Feb. 3, 2015) – Foster Marketing, a full-service marketing communication firm serving the worldwide energy industry, has named Lindsay Brown as trade show coordinator and Katie Domas as public relations associate, President Tiffany Harris announced.

Based in Houston, Brown will be responsible for developing, coordinating and executing strategies and plans for trade shows to maximize client exposure and ensure successful events. Her duties include recommending shows and events specifically suited to each client; organizing show logistics; and tracking and analyzing leads from the exhibits.

Based in the Lafayette, Louisiana, office, Domas will be responsible for assisting account executives in public relations efforts for Foster Marketing’s energy clients, including news release development and distribution, gathering background research and conducting media monitoring.

“Lindsay’s energy and enthusiasm, combined with her determination to provide quality work, is a great asset for our trade show department and Foster Marketing,” said Harris. “Katie’s detail-oriented personality and strong writing skills were invaluable when she was a public relations intern and it was natural that we felt she would be a good fit as a permanent member of Foster Marketing’s team.”

Brown, originally from Yorba Linda, California, is a former intern at Foster Marketing. Brown transitioned into an associate position after graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing where she was named 2011 Outstanding Graduate for the Department of Marketing and Hospitality.

Domas graduated summa cum laude with university honors and received a Bachelor of Arts in public relations with a minor in business from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She was on the President’s List from 2011-2014 and was ranked third-highest GPA in the College of Liberal Arts.
