HOUSTON (July 9, 2013) – Foster Marketing, a full-service marketing communication firm serving the worldwide energy industry, has appointed Laurel Hess as an account executive, President Tiffany Harris announced.
Hess is responsible for cultivating new client relationships while developing and implementing unique and strategic marketing plans for clients.
Previously, Hess served as the sales and marketing manager for the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, the New Orleans Arena and Champions Square where she planned and managed the marketing for national events and assisted with media relations.
Most recently, she managed the Superdome’s marketing effort for the Super Bowl in January and the NCAA Women’s Final Four in March. Hess also worked on the 2012 Allstate BCS Championship and the 2012 NCAA Men’s Final Four.
Hess graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in communication – broadcast production with a minor in English writing from Loyola University New Orleans in 2006.

Blacklock will be responsible for creating and implementing public relations programs and publicity activities for Foster Marketing and its clients, including directing, writing and distributing news, feature and technical articles.
Blacklock previously was PR Coordinator at Kimberly Public Affairs (KPA) and focused on crisis and media training, social media and writing press releases.
Additional experience includes internships at Edelman and KPA. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations and English from the University of Houston.
LAFAYETTE, La. (March 12, 2013) – Foster Marketing, a full-service marketing communication firm serving the worldwide energy industry, has named Rachel Bonnette as marketing associate, President Tiffany Harris announced.
A former intern at Foster Marketing, Bonnette’s duties include coordinating digital media advertising, online tracking analytics, media buying and scheduling. Additionally, her responsibilities include maintaining quality control of print media, web content development and social media efforts.
Bonnette graduated from University of Louisiana at Lafayette (UL Lafayette) in December 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing and a minor in public relations. She was on the President’s List from 2009-2011 and the Dean’s List from 2011-2012. Bonnette was President of UL Lafayette’s College of Business for the 2011-2012 term and was nominated for homecoming court in 2010 and 2011. She was Executive Director of Relay for Life and was named Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities in 2012.
